Ag Secretary Unveils New Food Export Security Initiative

WASHINGTON, DC – The US has instituted a new initiative to insure the security of international food production and exports.

Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, speaking at a recent trade conference, outlines the new program which is aimed at elevating the world’s lesser developed nations out of poverty and increasing global trade opportunities for US farmers.
